This spring, we honour one of Germany’s most beloved ingredients with a menu that’s equal parts nostalgic and unexpected. Our white asparagus is hand-harvested from Spargelhof Kremmen, just outside Berlin, then reimagined through the Verōnika lens: bold sauces, delicate accents, and timeless pairings.

From the vegetable-forward Charlotte to the flamed Faroe Salmon Toro with Wild Garlic, each dish is an ode to spring’s elegance. And yes—classics are on the menu too, served with your choice of Hollandaise, Saffron Dip, or Brown Butter.

You’ll also find thoughtful additions like Roasted Asparagus in Peanut Butter Sauce, or the 64-degree Egg with a touch of luxury—optional Caviar included.
